First things first, we are back! Sorry for the gap in posts… we have been hard at work to bring you a new and improved Better Than Disco.
So that’s that, now time for some Sigur Rós video from the other night.
We have awesome footage of the band playing Gobbledigook (the last song in their set before encore). This was the band’s first time on tour since 2001 without the lovely girls in Amiina or their horn band. This gave us a chance to hear a more raw and electric side of Sigur Rós which showed a darker side of the band. With the added dramatic lighting and ambience of the United Palace, this was not a show to miss… Which is probably why it sold out months ago.
