Ace Fu Records must be kicking themselves in the ass these days, after their once-beloved Man Man made the decision of signing to Anti-, but perhaps they are coping well. And perhaps I’m incredibly inaccurate. With the past two years of what seemed to be non-stop touring (much of it with Modest Mouse), they have managed to squeeze out a little gem post-Six Demon Bag that they like to call Rabbit Habits, which, according to Honus Honus, will be their “pop” album…

Radiohead is airing an exclusive broadcast this New Year’s Eve to celebrate the global release of their new album “In Rainbows” this January. The pre-recorded performance will include all of the tracks from “In Rainbows” as well as some “other bits”. We have the breakdown on the whole thing and a list of air-times & where to tune in.

According to the Daily Swarm. Xiu Xiu and Fucked Up just filed a class action lawsuit against everyone involved with the article, Camel cigarettes and their parent company R.J. Reynolds Tobacco, The Rolling Stone, and their parent company, Wenner Media.

The law suit is stating that Rolling Stone created and presented the piece with full intention to tie it in with the Camel ad. The charges are “unauthorized use of artists’ names; unauthorized use of artist names for commercial advantage (right of publicity); and unfair business practices”.
